Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Turkish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our Turkish-speaking clients. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide support via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating different software platforms.
