For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, supporting Agile development teams;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related fields or 3 years of equivalent experience;
• Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance (advanced certification is a plus);
• Strong experience working with Jira, Confluence and eazyBI for tracking Agile metrics and reporting;
• Fluency in English (at least B2 Level);
• Availability to work in a remote regime, based in Portugal.
