Agile Coach - Remote Lisbon

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our organization's agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting agile methodologies and best practices
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Coach product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on agile principles and techniques
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to align agile practices with organizational goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
