Responsibilities:

Continuous improvement program: CI project including Workshop's preparation, documentation of the process maps and workshops and support on the action plan follow ups; Ambassador's program wich includes organisation of the sessions and support on the creation of any communications; Training«s program wich requires training preparation of the materials and room, GDPR documentation and support on providing the trainings either with a Smart working project manager or an ambassador

Monitoring of the customer experience of the Infinity Platform: support on the action plan follow up with the teams; participate to the meetings with detractors; prepare the meeting minutes and support on the presentation deck

Skills:

Master's Degree in Management and equivalents

Fluency in English (oral and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Analytical skills

Ability to prioritize, organizational capacities, rigor and deadlines respect
