Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Electronics/ Electrotechnical/Mechatronics engineering (or similar) to act inside a team that is responsible to:

  • Fault diagnoses and troubleshooting on complex breakdowns to ensure that machines problems are resolved effectively.
  • Identify, propose, and implement improvement measures in daily work
  • Analyze and use statistical data to support and validate measures to implement in the equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement project and work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Team member of manufacturing international network
  • Ability to design spare and wear parts
  • Be able to work efficiently with production and engineering team members
  • Preventive maintenance execution according to the standards and seek for potential issues on the equipment.

Qualifications

  • Electronics/ Electrotechnical/Mechatronics degree /master or similar
  • Backgrounds in robotics and automation
  • Background in electrical circuits and be able to interpret electrics diagrams
  • Background in pneumatics
  • Experience in preventive maintenance/interventional(preference)
  • Knowledge about production process in industrial environment
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, Industry 4.0, FMEA, RCM, TPM and 8D
  • Execution of functions where dynamism, proactivity and a high sense of responsibility are required
  • Able to work under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Should have a good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Availability to work in rotative shifts
  • Availability to travelling.
