Job Description

In your role as process development engineer you are responsible to enhance, develop and industrialize manufacturing processes with focus on tire building and cold preperation. Your role as R&D function has a strong interaction to technology and material development. At the same time you handle the interfaces to central machine technology engineering, central quality and the plants to industrialize processes for tire building and perperation of semi finished products.

In the process development team focusing on tire assembly (tire building and stock preperation) you will become the responsible interface in pilot production and industrialization as project member, project leader or as a line task. You will be shaping and implementing machine requirements, process specifications and global process rules to achive improved tire performances and production quality. For the evaluation of these characteristics you will perform statistical analysis of production parameters and execute processing trials.

Hybrid work is possibile in this position with the "center of work" expected to be on site.

Qualifications

Master degree in an Engineering area (preferably) or Natural Science

Aptitude or professional experience in tire business (processing, manufacturing or engineering) or R&D field, is valued;

Project management skills;

Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy;

Good communication and interaction skill

Capability to lead cross functional teams

Capability to work in international teams

Solid computer skills and Office tools;

English language skills (written and spoken);
