YOUR TASKS

  • Customer support: provide stock availability, traceability, quotations and queries resolution towards our NX branches all around the world.
  • Logistics: Sales Orders creation (SAP), release material preparations in our CWHs
  • Support transport team providing and checking export documentation (Packing Lists).
  • Coordinate with other departments to assure the spare parts delivery on time: warehouse, parts procurement, finance, and transport.
  • Push internally in the organization to speed up most urgent deliveries: Down Turbines.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or comparable qualifications and fields.
  • Previous professional experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics.
  • Proficiency/high level in MM and MS Office.
  • SAP experience, preferable in the Material Management module.
  • Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in different business cultures.
  • Motivated and committed personality with a high level of own initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
