We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production at scale. You will develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring high-quality production standards.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize large-scale production.
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining or improving product quality.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and processes.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, changes, and improvements.
• Train production staff on new manufacturing processes and technologies to ensure smooth implementation.
• Address and resolve manufacturing challenges through innovative solutions and effective problem-solving techniques.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Proficiency in manufacturing technologies, process development, and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex production processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process innovation and implement new manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing processes.
