YOUR TASKS

• Handling of the worldwide transportation business of major components for thespare parts supply;
• Regular exchanges with our major components procurement department;
• Managing of internal and external interfaces, partners, and service providers inconnection with transport processing;
• Processing inquiries and managing escalations;
• Identifying of process gaps and derivation of suitable optimization measures;
• Extending our carrier portfolio and managing good relationships with our partners;
• Control and approval of transportation invoices

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable qualifications;
• Profound experience in logistics, supply chain, wharehouse, or similiars, ideally with major components;
• High level of reliability and good time management;
• High resilience to stay balanced in a dynamic and challenging environment;
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international and intercultural team;
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of English is required;
• Healthy IT affinity to quickly find your way around new software;
