You will be responsible to:

• Distributing and managing daily tasks for the team, focusing on production support, batch recipes preparation, implementation, qualification, and training;
• Providing assistance in resolving roadblocks and addressing issues that arise during production;
• Collecting and documenting user requirements in collaboration with the production team;
• Supporting the implementation of batch recipes to ensure efficient and accurate production processes;
• Offering support during investigations of deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions;
• Assisting in the preparation and qualification of batch recipes to meet production standards;
• Participating in training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills related to automation processes;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into production workflows.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Degree in Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field;
• Good communication skills;
• Interest in industrial automation;
• Problem-solving mindset;
• Capacity to work in multidisciplinary teams with a constructive mindset;
• Knowledge in computational software such as MATLAB or similar.
