As our Sales Support & Data Analyst you are energized by::

Sales Support:

• Supports client order management.
• Secures that deadlines for product launches are met in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
• Assists on the invoicing of the department expenses.
• Works together with the Sell-Out Manager on the definition of promotional routes and the team motivation plan.
• Manages the preparation and delivery of incentives for teams.
• Participates on the preparation of special activations for stores.

Data Analysis:

• Prepares sales analysis and develops tools to monitor sales activities.
• Submits monthly Sell-Out reports with achievements vs target per BA.
• Sales Support Material: orders management, consumptions follow-up on a quarterly basis, manage requests made by sales team.

What you will bring:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong expertise in Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, Spanish highly appreciated.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proactivity, curiosity, ability to think "out of the box".
