Customer Service Representative for Microsoft with fluent English

Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00

The Job:

As ASfP Contract Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team with global responsibility, supporting global business in several time zones and you will be accountable for overseeing the end-to-end partner onboarding and entitlement to the ASfP program, collaborating across multiple groups and functions.

We are looking for:

Candidates with a solid business understanding and background in operations execution and coordination, customer/partner relationship, support and escalation management.

English proficiency (C1+)

Offer:

40h week - Monday to Friday

Salary up to 1527€ gross / month
