PROJECT MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project budgets.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain projects
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid, 3x on site)
