Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our eLearning Development Team with a view to becoming an Instructional Designer developing materials on our products and solutions. This role would ideally suited to someone with either a technical or teaching qualification.
Your Key Responsibilities Would Include
- Updating existing eLearning
- Using PowerPoint to design Storyboards for eLearning for a range of Telecommunications Solutions
- Using Captivate to develop Computer Based raining Modules
- To be a secondary administrator on our Learning management System
- To occasionally work in Lisbon lab to create new courses
Education & Experience
- A degree that includes a Telecommunications element or
- Experience working with a Telecomms solution provider or vendor - specifically DWDM and / or IP
- An interest in designing and delivering fantastic learning materials
This role will be hybrid based with some requirement to attend our office in Lisbon.

The current processing time for an export control license is approximately 4 to 6 months.
Your employment or engagement with Infinera shall be contingent on verifying your eligibility or requirement for obtaining a necessary license and/or authorization from the appropriate agency. You will be required to provide certain information for export control compliance assessment purposes, and your information will be reviewed by Infinera's hiring and export control teams to ensure compliance with the U.S. export control laws and regulations. Infinera will collect necessary documents (such as proof of citizenship etc.) to assess license/authorization requirements if you are offered and accept the position.”
