Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize data on internal processes, maturity, and constraints.
  • Assist in communicating analysis results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation related to internal environment analysis.
  • Participate in strategy development sessions, providing insights based on operational analysis.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback for analysis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports summarizing analysis findings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operational analysis

Qualifications (Essential)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Management, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications (Desired)

  • Familiarity with basic statistical analysis tools.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Basic knowledge of some management concepts (General System Theory, Theory of Constraints, Business Process Management, Lean Management, 6 Sigma).

Experience

  • Entry-level position, from graduate to 1-2 years of experience in operations analysis or related fields.
  • English = B2+ (mandatory), Russian = B2+ (highly desirable).
  • Specific competencies and level of mastery:
    • Analytical & Systems Thinking: Intermediate.
    • Stakeholder Management: Beginner.
    • Strategic Alignment: Beginner.
    • Change Management and Organizational Development: Beginner.
    • Metrics and KPIs Development: Intermediate.
