We are looking for a strategic and driven Talent Attraction and Engagement Coordinator to lead our efforts in attracting top talent and fostering employee engagement. In this role, you will shape our talent acquisition strategies and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement across the organization.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Requirements:
- Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in a leadership role in talent acquisition, with strong expertise in assessment methodologies, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure, demonstrating the ability to navigate complexity and influence across various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment processes, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within the People & Culture team and across the organization.
- Data-driven mindset.
- A passion for people, culture, and creating a positive and engaging workplace in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
- Partner with the People & Culture Business Leads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals, offering a seamless experience.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and make data-driven improvements.
- Lead strong employer branding initiatives to position Sonae Sierra as a top employer.
Employee Engagement:
- Lead the design of engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted initiatives.
