We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Lisbon Office!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing corporate HR policies aligned with business strategy of the company;
  • Serve as a support adviser to managers and leaders, providing support and guidance on HR issues such as conflict management, restructuring, and employment law;
  • Oversee and support the recruitment and selection process for corporative area and hotel units, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent;
  • Ensure the correct collection of data to support hiring and payroll;
  • Guarantee in coordination with payroll team that employment contracts are issued and signed.
  • Management of contract renewals processes and exits and support to administrative management of admissions whenever necessary;
  • Control of the biometric system and train users;
  • Support for occupational health management;
  • Issue/produce monthly HR metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or as Generalist Human Resources Technician;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel;
  • Experience on ERP Primavera and Innux will be a plus;
  • Rigor, attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy;
  • Organization and method;
  • Team player.
