What part will you play?
- As point of contact for the Function Heads of Siemens Financial Services, you will assume responsibility for conducting and analysing monthly and quarterly financial statements, as well as forecasts and budget planning.
- You find joy in streamlining business processes through the utilization of innovation, standardization, automation, and digitalization, with the aim of enhancing efficiency and elevating quality.
- Additionally, you engage in cross-functional initiatives and work as a team on the continuous improvement of the controlling environment.
- You hold the responsibility of initiating ad-hoc financial analyses and modelling in the domain of controlling and planning.
- You will take ownership for controlling and conceptualizing important KPIs & targets.
- You will independently handle controlling tasks for the Functions of Siemens Financial Services:
- Contributing to the development of controlling processes and tools.
- Preparing and analysing actuals and forecasts, including preparation of comments, as well as budget figures for the planning period.
- You provide transparency on internal allocations, taking underlying contractual and tax aspects into account.
What You Need To Make Real What Matters.
- You have attained a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field with excellence.
- You have acquired professional experience in accounting & controlling within an international company, developing a strong understanding of value flows, controlling, and corporate finance. Additionally, you have honed your expertise in evaluating and interpreting business correlations.
- It would be advantageous if you possess prior experience in the financial services or banking sector.
- You are characterized by a structured, transparent, and independent way of working.
- You inspire us with your analytical thinking, dedication, and results-oriented approach.
- Additionally, you excel in your highly cooperative teamwork, confident manner, and ability to communicate complex topics clearly and comprehensibly.
- When taking on new responsibilities, you demonstrate a strong team-oriented approach, high flexibility, and motivation. You have the ability to independently prioritize tasks and comprehend requirements related to inquiries from senior management.
- You challenge topics and drive change forward.
- You have an IT affinity and enjoy using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and KNIME, as well as an interest in new technologies.
- Your profile is rounded off by fluent German and English skills.
