Investment Management - Vice President

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities and ideas that will value-add to the business and develop enablers to support the private markets growing complexity and scale

Establish and implement strong processes, and robust operating models, systems and governance across front-mid-back offices in deal execution activities

Scale long term capabilities, that includes technology applications for deal closing activities to be executed in an efficient and effective manner

Conceptualize and identify enhancements in current workflow and drive operational front-mid-back process improvements, efficiencies, governance and controls

As the owner of the TM Ecosystem, work closely with the Private Equity and Real Estate TM teams, Deal and Asset Finance teams to strengthen the execution service platform

Coordinate the global Transaction Management Operating Committees and develop partnerships across the organization; as the strategic business partner to the Private Markets investment groups

Skills & Qualifications:

Leadership experience in managing a team and stakeholders

Experience leading transformation and change

Ability to create a climate that encourages knowledge sharing and expertise exchange, embrace diversity of views and ideas and actively championing the department's strategies

Able to communicate effectively with peers, subordinates and senior management
