Forming a key part of our Global People function, our Talent Acquisition Partners in Kantar Worldpanel work collaboratively with colleagues across all of our key functions; commercial, technology, operations, product, undertaking active searches amongst passive and competitive audiences to meet Worldpanel's critical and transformational hiring needs.

You will lead our recruitment efforts in Portugal with a particular focus on technology and operations hires. Your role will also involve hiring for commercial, product and functions across the wider EMEA region.

Working alongside other TA Partners in the region, you will build specific market knowledge and targeted candidate communities, core to our business, to deliver against mid-term hiring needs. This goes beyond resourcing and will also include involvement in initiatives covering employer brand, inclusion & diversity and learning & development. The role evangelises and excites these communities about the Kantar Worldpanel proposition and builds positive relationships through relevant and regular communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake pro-active searches to engage passive candidates through the application of targeted search skills.
  • Build good market / segment knowledge of key talent and develop solid relationships both internally and externally to support building talent pools and a network of industry relevant contacts.
  • Build effective selection methodologies and expert execution; fair, consistent and objective always.
  • Positively challenge stakeholders to drive excellence and ensure recruiting approach is geared towards attracting relevant skills to achieve Worldpanel and Kantar Group future strategy.
  • Provide support to business / line managers in defining compelling candidate propositions and market relevant role profiles as well as providing candidates with an outstanding candidate experience.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience within recruitment/talent acquisition roles (agency and in-house) ideally within data-centric or technology-enabled environments.
  • Evidence of successful search and selection in complex markets where engaging with passive candidate is the norm, experience needs to include using a broad range of social media and networking approaches. Also understands the importance of building and mobilising internal candidate pipelines.
  • Ideally, practical experience working with Workday, Co-Pilot, AI and/or interview scheduling software.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and expectation management across EMEA.
  • Business proficiency in English and Portuguese. Expert communicator / networker capable of engaging passive talent over extended periods with the ability to convert to viable candidates.
  • Creative and innovative in candidate attraction and engagement techniques.
  • Evidence of robust selection methodology design and execution to deliver quality hires.
  • Evidence of delivering excellence in the candidate experience and effective on-boarding.
