Our client is an international real estate broker company, with over 10 years of experience in the market and a leading independent networks in the country.

Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Iberia, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Business Management and Growth: Responsible for managing and growing the business, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like EBITDA;
  • Assist Training Manager: Accompany the Training Manager in the field, when necessary, to support training initiatives;
  • Supervise and Manage Agents: Oversee real estate agents, ensuring they follow legal and ethical standard;
  • Oversee Property Transactions: Manage the process of buying and selling properties, negotiating deals, and handling paperwork;
  • Provide Market Expertise: Advise clients on market trends, property values, and pricing strategies.

Profile

The ideal profile will meet the following criteria:

  • At least 10 years of successful experience in a second-hand residential real estate sales agency;
  • Leadership/management skills;
  • Business Skills;
  • Training knowledge;
  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (must have);
  • Languages: Portuguese and English. French and Spanish are a plus;
  • Skills: Charismatic and persuasive personality; Strategic Vision; Organization; Teamwork; Leadership; Communication; Dynamism;
  • Available to travel inside Portugal.
