YOUR POSITION AND LIFE AT HENNER

Your position is based in Lisbon. Within our entity (85 employees), we are recruiting 1 new Assistant Coordinator Medical to meet our growth challenges.

As an Assistant Medical Coordinator, you will carry out administrative tasks:

-Apply the administrative procedures

-Create files in the Medcase tool

-Manage the existant files

-Alert the line manager to anomalies and sensitive cases

You manage prevention plan:

-Centralise client requests with a view to organising health check-ups

-Suggest suitable service providers to them

-Retrieve medical informations from medical providers

-Manage convocations for your international perimeter

You will be responsible for the management of contingency plans:

-Manage life files (sick leaves for our french clients)

YOUR HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES FOR THIS POSITION

You have a bachelor's degree, with or without experience in insurance... but your personality interests us just as much.

You have experience in a multinational environment an ability to negotiate a good communication and teamwork skills.

You are service oriented and have excellent attention to detail with good interpersonal skills.

You are dynamic organized pro-active, friendly and patient.

You are able to work within deadlines and well under pressure.

You must be bilingual in English and french in order to carry out your missions.
