What You’ll Do

  • Drive and consolidate the E2E Network Strategic Plans as well as the DB and 3yr strategic and LRP CAPEX plans (including KPIs) across all VF Network Functions - set the ambition and agree on key priorities in the Local Market;
    • Managing the consolidation of e2e Network Evolution Plans as well as DB submission and execution.
    • Responsible to understand VF PT NW Planning aligned with Strategy.
  • E2E Integration and validate NW DB/LRP plan: inc KPIs per market according to strategy - Discuss and gain approval from local CNO/CEO;
    • Submit DB plan (inc KPIs and CAR Support) to Finance to set targets.
  • Support vertical teams prioritization and resources availability for an optimal and efficient DB execution;
  • Support OPEX activities, in all NW Verticals for the Local Market Supported;
  • Supports local business for specific initiatives, such as spectrum auctions, 5G testbed and innovation, IoT and MVNO bids;
  • Accountable for management of in-year prioritisation of plan: As a result of change to annual budget or challenge, new demand or changes to in-flight demand that impacts annual plan budget or scope;
  • Manage periodic re-baselining of plan: Including any required formal budget submissions e.g. Rolling Forecast (Monthly review of Budget Plan) budget in the market, ensuring maximum alignment withing the Vodafone Strategy
  • Responsible of improvements introduction on the information flow/communication within the team and with the main stakeholders, internal and external throught new Digital platforms ( Teams, Planners, PowerBI, JIRA or others)
  • Analyse new demand requirements submitted through the Demand Front Door and ensure proper project’s goals and deliverables within the available.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in Finance or Engineering;
  • Financial acumen;
  • Knowledge of Mobile and Fixed Network Architecture desirable;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Proven experience on Executive reporting;
  • Strategic view with a Business Engagement Executive approach – Market surveys and KPIs analysis;
  • Inter-functional relationships;
  • High knowledge of Excel / Power BI;
  • Good to Excellent on both communication skills and executive presentation;
  • Over 3 years’ experience in Technology planning or similar;
  • Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
