Position: Polish Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with product information, orders, and service-related questions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
