Fleet Administrative Assistant

Location: Lisbon, Parque das Nações.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with finance companies (opening and closing leasing processes)
• Handling activities with car transport companies (scheduling, timing, etc.)
• Handling the car delivery process
• Car registration processes (number plates, legal institutions)
• Following up on legal processes with lawyers
• Management of insurance policies
• Recovering money, sending paperwork, and following up on all cases with the insurance company
• Monitoring the due dates of insurance policies
• Renewing the insurance policies
• Management/archiving of leasing (financing) contracts
• Preparing documentation for selling and buying cars
• Archiving car documents (Identity Cards, Registration documents, COC, etc.)
• Handling other administrative tasks received from the management.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Passionate about cars
• Integrity, perseverance, and determination
• Strong organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Effective multitasker
• Excellent communication
• 2+ years of experience in logistics.
