We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented professional to join Kaizen Institute, the global leader in industrial consulting services. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth, this role could be perfect for you!

Position Overview: As part of our team, you will represent Kaizen Institute, fostering new client relationships and contributing to market development in the United Kingdom. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset to create “win-win” outcomes. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and work both autonomously and collaboratively with internal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Prior experience in commercial or business development is a plus but not required
  • Strong academic record
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn with a professional social profile and a well-established network
  • Basic knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) — a proficiency test will be conducted
  • Digital skills are a plus, especially in the context of digital transformation
  • References will be considered
