Real Estate Senior Consultant – Consulting Team

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Consulting team for a Senior Position. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that focuses on delivering projects in the areas of:

• Strategic Consulting
• Workplace Consulting
• Asset Repositioning
• Development Advisory

In this role, you will provide strategic advice and analysis to clients in the real estate industry, covering various property segments. Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions and insights that help clients optimize their real estate assets and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive strategies and recommendations for clients, based on data-driven insights and best industry practices.
• Conduct detailed studies, with research and analysis on various aspects of the Portuguese real estate market. This can include: Highest and Best Uses, Product Definition, Commercial DD, Market Studies, Workplace Strategies, Change Management Strategies.
• Prepare and present compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex concepts and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Structure and interact with clients in dynamic projects that evolve launching surveys, leading interviews, workshops, and presentations.
• Evaluate and assess the technical feasibility and viability of proposed development projects, considering factors such as site constraints, building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental impact. Conduct site visits, inspections, and due diligence assessments to gather relevant data and ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging trends in the real estate market to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urbanism, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience in consulting is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge in Sustainability best practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in architectural/engineering software and tools is preferential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a must (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization is preferential (PowerBI tools is a plus).
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is preferential.
