Human Resources Manager – Lisbon

Are you willing to take these responsibilities?

• Acting as a strategic partner on HR-related issues
• Creates, proposes and manages all Human Resources policies
• Creates, Managers and monitors the development area, including succession plans, career management, performance appraisals, talent management and organizational climate
• Designing, implementing and monitoring HR hiring and development programs, such as recruitment and selection processes
• Proposing new, innovative and creative ways to develop a strong employer brand internally and externally
• Coordinates the core HR area: payroll, legal obligations, processes and procedures
• Developing a compensation and benefits policy in line with the company's guidelines and best market practices
• Developing the HR Analytics area from a strategic and business and management support perspective

Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?

• Degree in Human Resources; Management or similar;
• 4-5 year experience in Human Resources
• Experience in both talent attraction & development
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Collaborative and hands-on spirit, able to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, changing and multicultural environment;
• Outstanding at solving complex problems, being comfortable working with business leaders and managers to address any workforce challenges or issues;
• Analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Good communication and interpersonal relation skills;
• Builds collaborative and trusting relationships, working closely with both managers and employees, reinforcing the continual development of “high performing” teams, leveraging people engagement, training and career development initiatives, among others
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Good level of English
