• What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position:We are looking for an Expert in Data & Process Mining.

This profile will be essential to identify inefficiencies in the processes that support our Digital & IT operations, propose and implement improvements, and ensure that our operations are aligned with best practices and market trends.

This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, providing the opportunity to work on innovative and high-impact initiatives.

• Must have:
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
• Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving
• Commitment to quality of deliveries
• Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in developing machine learning projects (Python, R or SAS), deploying models to production environments and managing the model life cycle.
• Nice to have:
• Portuguese and Spanish
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR (valued);
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools (valued)
• Highly valued: previous experience in implementing interactive data visualization solutions data for presenting complex results.
• Valued: knowledge/experience in developing analytical solutions that involve AI.
