Your Mission Will Be

• Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of applications hosted on IIS servers running on Windows virtual machines using Splunk for logging, application dashboarding and alerting;
• Implement service requests from application development teams;
• Implement best practices for deployment, monitoring, and logging of legacy applications;
• Identify bottlenecks and optimizing workloads for efficiency;
• Setting up backup strategies and disaster recovery plans;
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrades, and capacity planning, to ensure the stability and security of the infrastructure;
• Estimating future resource needs and planning for scalability;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.

You Will Need

• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferred Azure;
• Experience scripting and programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python or Shell;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
