PR & Event Manager

The Lakhani Group, a premier hotel development and construction company recognized for its high-end, luxury projects, is looking for a highly creative and results-driven PR & Event Manager. This role is essential for enhancing our brand’s public image and managing a range of high-profile events, including corporate, political, and real estate gatherings. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies that enhance The Lakhani Group’s reputation as a leader in luxury development.
• Plan, organize, and oversee corporate, political, real estate, and other high-end events, ensuring they align with the company’s brand and standards.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics and operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, political figures, and industry leaders.
• Work closely with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies to secure coverage and manage public relations efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all events and communications.
• Oversee event budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide strategic direction for managing the company’s public relations efforts alongside event management.

Requisitos

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management and public relations, preferably in corporate, political, or real estate sectors.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of event management tools and PR software.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as required by events.
