ROLE SUMMARY:

The Analyst is a pivotal role within Inspired Education, charged with designing, implementing, and optimizing essential business processes. Working closely with the Group COO, the Analyst will drive the strategic transformational agenda of the Group. This position entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend existing processes, redesign workflows, implement data structures, and leverage IT tools for transformation. Additionally, the Analyst will conduct critical analyses and generate reports to support informed business decisions on a weekly basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Workflow Design and Implementation:

• Analyze and map existing processes for key business functions to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design and develop efficient workflows, clearly defining steps, tasks, and responsibilities for all stakeholders.
• Design and develop data structures and interfaces that support optimized workflows and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Implement redesigned workflows and data structures using IT tools like Excel, Airtable, and other relevant software to enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting Tools Development:

• Work closely with managers to understand and define the reporting needs of various business areas.
• Design customized reports that address specific requirements, ensuring they provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement automated reporting processes using tools such as PowerBI, enabling real-time data analytics and reporting to support decision-making.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Create detailed documentation for all processes, data structures, and reporting tools to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training workshops to ensure team members and users understand and can effectively use the new systems and tools.
• Maintain and update documentation regularly to reflect any changes or improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in workflow and reporting systems to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• Regularly review and assess existing processes and tools, identifying opportunities for further improvement and increased efficiency.
• Propose and implement enhancements based on feedback and emerging trends to continuously improve business processes and outcomes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows, data structures, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite, Airtable, PowerBI, and other workflow management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to train and support users effectively, ensuring they can utilize new systems and tools confidently.
• Knowledge of automation tools and techniques is a plus, enhancing efficiency and process optimization.
