THE ROLE

Indie Campers is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented RV Sales Business Development Analyst to join our RV Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting competitor benchmarking, gathering market data via web scraping, performing regression analysis, and developing dynamic pricing models. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping Indie Campers' RV sales pricing strategies and ensuring competitiveness in the market. This role involves both strategic and operational tasks, working cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, and analytics to drive informed decision-making.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Work on some of the most important projects that will directly influence the future success of RV Sales and Indie Campers;
  • Develop and implement lead generation and pricing strategies across various channels, including third-party classified platforms and paid media;
  • Benchmark competitor pricing strategies by collecting and analyzing pricing data from key competitors across auto sales and RV markets;
  • Perform web scraping of RV listings to gather pricing, mileage, age, condition, and other relevant data from auto classified platforms;
  • Conduct regression analysis to identify key variables influencing RV pricing and interpret trends;
  • Develop a dynamic pricing model that adjusts pricing based on market conditions and variables such as vehicle condition, brand, age, and mileage;
  • Provide actionable insights through data-driven reports and presentations to inform strategic pricing decisions;
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and pricing efforts;
  • Maintain and organize lead generation data, reporting systems, and pricing models;
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to optimize RV pricing strategies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, business development, or related roles is a strong plus;
  • Proficiency in web scraping tools (e.g., Python, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) and statistical software (e.g., Excel, R, Python) for regression analysis will be a plus;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in competitor benchmarking and market analysis;
  • Experience in third-party classified platforms, auto sales or e-commerce;
  • Ability to organize and manage large datasets, perform detailed analysis, and draw actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present findings and recommendations clearly;
  • Humble, proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving attitude;
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
