THE ROLE

Indie Campers is seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Generation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will manage lead generation via third-party classified platforms, paid media, organic channels (e.g., Facebook groups), and other third-party channels. This role involves both operational and analytical tasks such as organizing information, creating and performing maintenance on ads, analyzing performance, and optimizing lead generation strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various channels.
  • Manage and optimize ads on third-party classified platforms and paid media.
  • Utilize organic channels such as social media groups for lead generation.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain and organize lead generation data and reporting systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or related roles is a strong plus.
  • Experience in third-party classified platforms, auto sales, or e-commerce industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks.
  • Humble, proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
