About The Role

We're seeking talented Product Designers to join our team. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements, building information architecture and testing it with users, conducting usability/heuristic analysis and benchmarking, and designing customer journeys. You'll also be designing low and medium-fidelity prototypes, conducting usability testing, and illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. You'll be an expert in designing for multiple interfaces, building design systems, and creating UI design. You'll work collaboratively with developers, analysts, and other designers.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements
• Build Information Architecture and test it with users
• Usability / heuristic analysis and benchmark
• Shadowing & interviews
• Designing customer journeys
• Designing low and medium-fidelity prototypes using Axure or other prototyping tools
• Usability testing
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design in multiple interfaces
• Creating Visual designs and Design Systems using Figma
• Work and collaborate with developers, analysts and other designers

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Ergonomics, Human Sciences or similar
• +2 years work experience in UX and UI: methodologies, techniques and tools
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch or similar
• Expertise in prototyping tools like Axure
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
• Willingness to collaborate with other players
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to think creative
