Established in 2014 in Luxembourg, skeeled is a growing company focused on developing innovative HR software.

Since 2016, we have expanded our team to include developers and a design team based in Porto.

To support our digital product team, we are seeking a Junior Content Manager with an affinity for Marketing eager to enhance their skills.

We provide comprehensive training and the necessary tools to set you up for success! Based in our Porto office, you will collaborate closely with the digital product team to establish a unified strategy that expands their working toolset.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Management & Creation: Oversee the execution of our overall content strategy, producing and distributing a diverse range of high-quality content, including articles, case studies, and email campaigns across our digital channels. Additionally, manage communication strategies for events and coordinate press releases.
  • Collaboration: Work with the design team and stakeholders to create compelling visual marketing materials for social media platforms and events.
  • Social Media Management: Take ownership of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter), including publishing, performance monitoring, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about the latest HR trends in Europe and Luxembourg.
  • Analyse competitors and conduct market studies.
  • Generate creative ideas and be proactive in driving initiatives.
  • Create LinkedIn posts for the founders.
  • Implement internal newsletters.
  • Manage communication with clients and prospects, maintaining an up-to-date contact list.
  • Coordinate and manage webinars.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • First confirmed experience in a content-related role.
  • Ability to write high-quality, long-form content on complex topics.
  • Strong understanding of social media channels and community management.
  • Proficient in Canva and Photoshop (videos & images)
  • Basic knowledge of image editing software (Illustrator, Figma).
  • Experience with digital platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Fluency in English and an advanced level of French.
