As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role is pivotal in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top-tier talent in the IT industry.

Your Mission:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively searching for and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards. The goal is to build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Selection: Conducting initial screening of applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments or challenges.
  • Interviewing: Responsible for directly engaging with candidates through the interview process to assess their qualifications, technical abilities, and compatibility with the company culture.
  • Offer Process: Negotiating employment terms and making job offers to selected candidates. This includes discussing salary expectations, benefits, and any other terms of employment to ensure that offers are competitive and meet the needs of both the company and the candidate.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in the Tech Industry;
  • Residence: Candidates must be currently residing in Portugal;
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese as a first language is essential. A good English level is also required (at least B2 - Upper Intermediate) to lead the process with foreign candidates;
  • Results-Driven: A performance-focused individual who consistently strives for excellence and exceeds targets;
  • Adaptive Agility: Exceptional adaptability to the fast-paced and evolving nature of the tech talent market;
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player with an ability to nurture a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Experience levels we are hiring for:

Level 2: 1-2 years in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

Level 3: 2-3 years in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

Compensation Packages:

Level 2: €1,050-€1,200 base + representation expenses + Commissions & Benefits.

Level 3: €1,200-€1,400 base + representation expenses + Commissions & Benefits.

Quarterly Goals:

Level 2: Secure 4 successful placements.

Level 3: Secure 5 successful placements.
