Position Summary

Reporting to the Operational Marketing Manager, the mission of the Operational Marketing Specialist will be to help in the implementation of the trade marketing strategy and the merchandising plan in order to ensure the Benefit brand image in both countries.

Job Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Marketing

• Execution of trade marketing plan for Sephora in line with brand priorities, launches and strategy.
• Carry out these trade plans & budget to ensure optimum execution.
• Help in the execution of all trade activations for the Boutique in Madrid.
• Provide local support for promotional activations in store overall in Portugal.
• Activates action plans according to needs in a very close collaboration with the Portugal sales managers.
• Cross functional collaboration with Sales/Retail Department for all matters relating to trade activation.
• Preparation of the files for all the tools that will arrive at the stores in coordination with the warehouse and send these tools to the Sephora Portuguese stores.
• Create and develop promotional activations for Sephora stores in coordination with Field Supervisors for both countries and analyze the results of the different activations at the point of sale.
• Collaborate in the preparation of Iberia Sales Meetings and coordinate the Portuguese Sales Meetings and preparation of recaps for European meetings. Provide Marketing Tools to FS for their work with their teams.
• Give support in the preparation of New Product Presentations for Sephora, influencers and PR events.

Merchandising

• Execution of merchandising plan for Sephora in line with brand priorities, launches and strategy.
• Help in the execution of merchandising updates for the Boutique in Madrid.
• Help to coordinate merchandising updates and maintenance files for Sephora.

Profile

COMPETENCES In-depth sensitivity to our métier and in-depth product and brand knowledge Pro-active and solution-oriented. Good time management, ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines (dealing with ambiguity & resilience). Creative, friendly, outgoing personality. High level of attention to detail. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to manage internal, transversal and external stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Education: University graduated or above, ideally in perfumes & cosmetics and in operational marketing or development roles. Experience in Trade Marketing would be a plus. Years of experience: +1/2 years in Marketing (op or development) or Trade Marketing. Language: Fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English. Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, MS Office and any other analysis tool.
