Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support on matters related to administrative legislation, concession contracts, agreements, permits, and management of public contracts and assist in implementing best compliance practices;
  • Analyze, draft, and negotiate administrative contracts and service agreements with the public sector, as well as participate in public tenders;
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with public procurement rules, advising on participation in tenders, complaints, and administrative appeals;
  • Develop legal opinions and technical notes on issues of administrative and public law;
  • Follow up on administrative processes with public authorities and court of accounts, representing the company in disputes;
  • Identify legal risks in negotiations and contracts with public authorities and propose preventive strategies;
  • Interact with government agencies regarding inspections and public notifications;
  • Advise on Public-Private Partnership projects, from tenders to contract management, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law in universities of excellence;
  • Admission to the Portuguese Bar Association;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience after admission to the Portuguese Bar Association;Relevant knowledge in areas such as Civil Law, Administrative Law, Civil
  • Procedural Law and Administrative Procedural Law;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative spirit;
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and deadline compliance skills;
  • Fluency in English.
