Is this you?

• If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing, target-based role, we want to hear from you.

• At our company, communication is key, and your ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers is crucial. You'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, making a real impact.

• Are you a quick and effective learner? We value your ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Being IT-literate is a must, and previous experience with the Microsoft suite of programs will be a valuable asset in this role. What you’ll love about the role – we promise, you will never be bored!

• After a thorough induction you will be managing the retention of existing MetaCompliance customers.

• You will partner with customers ensuring they are maximising the use of MetaCompliance software and/or consultancy services available to them.

• We want all our people to develop a deep knowledge and love of the MetaCompliance suite of software – this part is easy as the product is so good!

• You will have a consultative selling style to cross-selling MetaCompliance products and services.

• Working closely with your customers you will establish their own need and then offer a value-added solution to them.

• We want our CSMs to work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to positively promote the MetaCompliance brand – this can sometimes include travelling to events and visiting client sites.

• Each CSM monitors their customer contract renewal dates, updates account management activity and keeps all records updated on CRM.

• Where necessary you will raise any customer concerns with your line manager and strive to find a timely resolution for the client.
