About the project:

Provide services for a gaming brand known for its popular video game consoles. It offers a vast library of games, both exclusive titles and third-party releases, and supports online gaming. It also includes other services which provide online multiplayer access, free games, and other benefits for the subscribers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Customer service by phone and email;
• Professional technical support service;
• Support in using products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
• Effective assistance and advice when purchasing products;

Requirements:

• English level C1 +

Offer:

• Salary 1200€ gross month
