About The Job

  • Within this role, you will be the ‘first point of contact’ for all colleagues who have questions regarding the People Development & Culture initiatives that are available and being delivered by the TUI People Development team. You will be required to monitor and manage all the emails ensuring that they are actioned in a timely manner and PD&C team actions/deadlines at met.
  • Responsible for providing full administrative support for all learning initiatives, preparing and coordinating training materials, organising the logistics and scheduling for all internal training on behalf of the PD&C team, utilising and increasing the use of the TUI Learning Management System (LMS).
  • As part of your role, you will be responsible for consolidating feedback, managing and tracking from all training programmes/initiatives to enable KPI data to be analysed and used within TUI Group.
  • Capability to organise a varied workload, set priorities and meet deadlines is essential. You will be a natural communicator and can work with a range of stakeholders. You should have previous experience in an administrative/coordinating role, preferably in a learning environment (although not essential).
  • Working together and closely with the People Development team and internal stakeholders to identifying how best to promote and communicate the TUI People Development and culture learning initiatives to our global colleagues
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the training budget, resources and PD&C policies

About You

  • Proven administration, planning and organisational skills
  • Digital literacy with the ability to use Microsoft 365 tools, experience of using a Learning Management system and other systems used to collaborate with a global audience.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English essential, other European languages advantageous
  • A proactive, forward-thinking individual who is willing and open to trying new ways of working
  • A team player who wants to learn, grow and support colleagues in providing the best learning experience
