An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Learning & Development professional to join the Global People Development & Culture team as a training consultant where you will help and be responsible for providing a full range of development initiatives, which will support the productivity and development of our colleagues at TUI Musement.

How You Will Make An Impact

There are many ways for you to get involved:

• Working together and closely with the People Development team and internal stakeholders to identify skills gaps and design, create and deliver fresh and modern development solutions for our global colleagues.
• Assisting with the strategic development of Operations and Delivery training ensuring that we are constantly evaluating and showing that the learning delivered has supported productivity and value for our colleagues and the business
• Responsible for creating, designing, and delivering modern and fresh learning initiatives that will specifically support the development of business and personal skill requirements that we have within a global environment
• Identifying how best to support, promote and develop our TUI Musement culture, Happy People Agenda and the skills our colleagues require to drive the business strategy forward
• Partnering business stakeholders to;
• Identify opportunities to improve career development and colleague retention within their teams/areas
• Identifying the development needs that are required for Operations and Delivery teams to drive and achieve results through targeted learning plans which support local business strategies

What You Will Bring

• You are a qualified Learning and Development Professional with experience in creating, designing and delivering a range of learning solutions
• You have experience in developing and maintaining learning materials
• You are proactive and can manage projects and situations independently
• You have strong communication and presentation skills
• You are a forward-thinking individual who is willing and open to trying new ways of working
• You are a team player who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career while helping TUI Musemates to deliver unforgettable experiences across the globe to our guests
• You have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. High level of Italian or Polish is preferable. Any additional language advantageous
