Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify needs, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Your Mission

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements;
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations;
• Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements;
• Work with IT teams to ensure system solutions align with business objectives;
• Assist in project management, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an IT environment;
• Strong focus on business analysis, project management, offering valuable expertise in streamlining and enhancing all organizational operations;
• Proven track record in process improvement and development;
• Certification in Scrum methodology valued;
• Knowledge in RPA;
• Keen sense of responsibility and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Written and verbal fluent English.
