The Role

What does your day-to-day in this role look like as an Advertisers Support Advisor:

• Product support via telephone, email and live chat to businesses and individual sellers
• Technical troubleshooting and escalation support
• Effective help and advice merchants unlock revenue and drive value for their customers

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
