About The Role

Reckitt is looking for a Marketing Trainee who is not only organised and proactive but also brimming with creativity. Your responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in the implementation of brand plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative concepts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve brand performance.
  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Brand Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market share, and brand health metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with external agencies and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Manage relationships with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners.
  • Brand Communication: Support the creation of compelling brand content and communication materials. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing brand-related events, promotions, and activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

The experience we're looking for

  • Educated to minimum bachelor degree level (completion or near completion) in a business related subject
  • Internship experience highly desirable, or evidence of active interest in consumer marketing through University extra-curricular activity
