Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Content Creators and Influencers with subscription management, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on the use of marketing tools to enhance their platform experience.
  • Perform outbound phone calls when necessary to ensure clients fully understand the information provided.
  • Identify and resolve recurring trends and issues faced by multiple clients, especially within the SMB sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client concerns.

Requirements:

  • Native Turkish speaker with English proficiency (B2).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience in handling various types of customer inquiries.
  • Ability to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
