Key Responsibilities:
- Support Content Creators and Influencers with subscription management, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance on the use of marketing tools to enhance their platform experience.
- Perform outbound phone calls when necessary to ensure clients fully understand the information provided.
- Identify and resolve recurring trends and issues faced by multiple clients, especially within the SMB sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client concerns.
Requirements:
- Native Turkish speaker with English proficiency (B2).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Experience in handling various types of customer inquiries.
- Ability to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
