Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 2 shifts
- 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: Weekends
Type of Contract: CDD (Contrat à Durée Déterminée) - 6 months
Work Model: Remote (Coimbra to Algarve)
Base Gross Salary: 895 EUR per 14 months
Performance Bonus: Up to 100 EUR per 12 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient customer service to clients in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize customer service processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including early mornings and occasional bank holidays.
- Remote work experience or flexibility to work remotely across Coimbra to Algarve regions.
