Trainer Duties And Responsibilities
- Conceptualise training materials based on data and research
- Conduct training through new materials
- Review participants' performance and learning
- Assess training needs, conduct surveys and interviews, and track and compile collected data
Requirements
- Certified trainer or gifted public speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Conducted at least 10 training courses
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Google Workspace
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
