Trainer Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise training materials based on data and research
  • Conduct training through new materials
  • Review participants' performance and learning
  • Assess training needs, conduct surveys and interviews, and track and compile collected data

Requirements

  • Certified trainer or gifted public speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Conducted at least 10 training courses
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Google Workspace
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
